What Are The Shipping Charges?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
When Will My Order Arrive?
All our products are handcrafted and made to order. Manufacturing takes approximately 7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 7 business days, depending on the destination. The total estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation. During high-volume sale periods, there may be an additional delay of a few days.
How Will I Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed?
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can request a cancellation by emailing us at sales@neulooms.in or
calling +91 96432 93398. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the item has entered production or been dispatched. Once approved, refunds are processed within a few business days through your original payment method.
Are There Any Hidden Costs?
Listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for domestic orders. Any additional duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on the cumulative order weight and delivery location (domestic vs. international). Customers bear any re-delivery costs resulting from errors in the address they provided.
Customs Duty, Tax & International Delivery
For international orders, NeuLooms will bear any applicable customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers will not be responsible for these charges. Please note that delivery times may still be affected by customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.
Other Details
Shipment timing begins upon confirmation of payment. NeuLooms is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays. Customers must provide accurate shipping information, which we may verify at any time.
